I just read this great article by Christy Crouch, featured on my Broker Agent Social network. Excellent points made regarding the fact that we as agents need to put the emphasis on the market conditions to paint the pricing picture, as opposed to selling our ability to get it done with all the bells and whistles. We all know that right now especially, we are in a place where pricing is the number one consideration for buyers. It’s not so easy! Our sellers will listen more attentively if we show them the proof in the data.
