Saturday Morning in the Sonoran Desert

Why do I love living in Scottsdale? Well it’s barely after 7:00am, I have already enjoyed a cup of Starbucks French Roast on the patio with my husband, and am preparing for the day. Stepping outside to clip some fresh rosemary, I realized the blossoms on our twisted cereus cactus hadn’t yet closed for the day. Sadly they are open all night while we sleep and we never get to enjoy their beauty. Well today there they were.  So beautiful.
