Rewards in this business are the results of hard work, and come in many forms. For me, connecting people with properties is really wonderful, and today I had a very special moment. I was helping a repeat client of mine relocate his older brother and his 92 year old mother to this area from NJ. Today I closed this transaction with the wonderful help of the listing agent, David Mawyer. A lovely, meticulously cared for condo in Terra Vista at Tatum Ranch. To see the sheer joy of this beautiful old woman really brought it all to light for me. It was like her first home all over again. Congratulations, Lucy & Joe. This is why I love what I do.♥
