Just celebrated the first weekend of GUYS & DOLLS at Notre Dame Preparatory. It was hands down the best musical I’ve seen there. Congrats to Bonnie Wilson and Margaret Watson, both purple and gold casts and the crew for an incredibly professional performance. A little biased that my son Brad plays Sky Masterson in the purple cast, but honestly everyone in this show created the synergy it takes to have a hit.
I regretfully never really paid much attention to the performing arts, even though my mom was a starlet in the midwest back in the day, traveling in Summer Stock shows. She had a beautiful voice and a stage presence that maybe skipped a generation and today it is her gift to Brad. Thanks, Mom.
