As an Arizona resident since 2010, I consider Scottsdale home to my family. Following my college studies in California, I joined Buck Owens Productions and worked in marketing, management and leadership for 10 years. As a successful local business owner & real estate investor, I have brought an entrepreneurial skill set to this dynamic industry along with a genuine compassion for the client, and a commitment to excellent service.
I am thrilled to be a part of Cashman Partners along with the best brand in the business, Russ Lyon Sotheby’s. It’s exciting to be helping people through their life transitions, and to be working alongside those who share similar values & work ethic.
When I am not working on real estate, I am co-authoring children’s books. I created Virtues and Values for Kids, which is a 12 book series to help our children understand virtues and how to live by them. I am currently launching a podcast and have opened up my own publishing company, Hummingbird Press. I love to spend my time with my husband Jason & my daughters at home, on the softball fields, or the golf course. We are also members at the DC Ranch Club.

When the decision was made for my in-laws to buy a home here in Arizona I immediately thought of Tonja. She has such a sweet soul, I knew that she would take good care of Rusty and Kathy through the ups and downs of buying a second home in the Scottsdale area. Sure enough the emotions were there as the dream home came and left but Tonja never gave up and kept them motivated and enthusiastic that the right home is out there. Sure enough it was! From making the offer and to handing over the keys and giving hugs to say goodbye in their new home, Tonja treated Rusty and Kathy like family.
